- Please make your selection as soon as possible.
- Gifts will be delivered directly to your home, or another address you choose, usually within a month after you place your order.
- If no gift is chosen within the month of your service anniversary, a default gift described on the website will be delivered to your home address as listed in myURHR Workday.
- Due to the large number of milestone anniversaries being celebrated at the University of Rochester, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on milestone gifts unless the item is defective upon delivery. This policy helps us manage the volume of gifts provided each year and ensures that all recipients receive their items in a timely manner.
